Disclaimer
You want to know how far you can rely on what a travel site tells you.
Prices, schedules, fees and resort details change, so please confirm them in your written quotation before you pay. We do not run boats or resorts, and weather and sea conditions decide whether boats sail. Our pages help you plan and ask better questions.
Can prices and schedules change?
Yes, often. Package prices, boat times, marine park fees and resort rules can change without notice. Every fact on our pages shows the date we checked it. Treat that date as a starting point, then confirm the current figure with the agency or operator.
Where should you confirm details?
In your written quotation. It is the document that matters before you pay. Check the dates, what is included, what is extra and the cancellation terms. Our method page lists the lines worth reading.
Who runs the boats and resorts?
We do not. Resorts, boat operators and tour companies run their own services and set their own terms. We cannot confirm availability. The agency that issues your quotation handles booking and payment.
What about weather and sea conditions?
They decide sailings. Most east-coast resorts close during the northeast monsoon, roughly November to February or March, and exact dates vary by resort and year. Boats can be delayed or cancelled when seas are rough, so allow some flexibility and ask about the rebooking terms.
How far can you rely on our pages?
Our pages are general information to help you plan. They are not legal, medical, safety or financial advice. If you have a health condition, a non-swimmer in the group or a tight connection, ask the operator directly.
